1. Who We Are

AdCore ("we", "our", "us") is a SaaS platform for Meta Ads and Google Ads management, operated by GETCORE LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 13947591), with registered office at 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE. 2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, payment details), data generated through your use of the service (ad account data, campaign metrics), and technical data (IP address, browser type, cookies).

When you connect a Meta ad account, we access ad account data and campaign metrics via the Meta Marketing API using your OAuth authorization.

When you connect a Google Ads account, we access the following data via the Google Ads API using your OAuth authorization (read-only): campaign metrics (cost, impressions, clicks, conversions, conversion value), ad account IDs, and campaign structure. We do not modify your Google Ads accounts or campaigns.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve AdCore, send transactional emails, process payments, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored on secure servers. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.

Google OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest. They are used exclusively to fetch your Google Ads data on your behalf and are never shared with third parties, never used to serve advertisements, and never used for machine-learning model training.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at admin@getadcore.io.

Disconnecting your Google account from AdCore immediately revokes our access tokens and stops all data fetching. Deleting your AdCore account removes all associated Google Ads data within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use cookies to maintain sessions and improve user experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email.

8. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

AdCore use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
